The Novalung Academy is an international service provider for training courses, trials, clinical support and procedural innovations in the hospital.

We offer various courses regarding protective ventilation and other intensive care contents.

The pathophysiology of the lung, protective ventilation strategies as well as alternative respiratory procedures form the basis of the courses. Technology and handling of advanced procedures like extrapulmonary ventilation or high frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV) build on this basis.

Seminars in the laboratory, exercises at the patient simulator and an intensive exchange of experience with colleagues from other hospitals are further essential elements of our courses.

Our instructors know the hospital from daily clinical practise and are scientifically at the highest level.
